First of all, I want to thank you all for your prayers for my Dad's surgery. He is doing well. We are home now and he is getting better each day! THANK YOU! This above picture is one that I took at the St. Louis Zoo. The boys and I have a mutual love for cheetahs. They are agile, very fast, and they are gorgeous. We spent quite a long time watching them. These are two of the cubs--they are 8 months old. To watch them run is breathtaking. They move so quickly, yet they make it look so easy. When we got home that evening we watched one of their favorite movies, "Duma." I had never seen it before but the boys insisted that I watch it. At first, I was a bit skeptical because I thought it was going to be sad...but it turned out to be one of the best (and most powerful) movies I have ever seen. It is about a boy who finds a cheetah. That is ALL I am going to tell you about the movie because I recommend that EVERYONE go see it. The ending has such a wonderful and heartfelt message and to watch this cheetah on screen is amazing--he is truly beautiful. I loved it so much that I bought the movie on-line and am waiting for it to arrive at my doorstep so I can make others watch it with me!!! :)
Today was a day of going through boxes, deciding what I will take when I move in August, what will stay at Dad's, and what I will give away. There is some benefit to having to be here to take care of Dad (besides the obvious that is :) ) I have to stay home and get things done that I have been putting off! :) Tomorrow...I continue.

I've seen Duma. It was great! As a matter of fact I have seen it twice!
While you are deciding what to get rid of get rid of a LOT! You will thank yourself and the person who goes to GoodWill or Salvation Army to get it will thank you too!
By the way, you aren't a senior any more so you need to change your sidebar! :)
