HAPPY LOVE DAY!!!

I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL Valentine's Day! I love Valentine's Day! Red & pink are my favorite colors & I love hearts--so what isn't to love?!?!?

The picture to the left is of Zach during his Valentine party. We pretty much put him on a sugar high since it was his Dad's night to have him--it was great! (Smile) Yes, Teri & I are terrible! ;0) Doesn't he have the cutest little face?

Friday night we had quite a snow storm. It came pretty quickly & made it very interesting for me to drive to work at 4 p.m. in--it was actually a lot more difficult to drive at 4 than it was at 9 p.m. on my way home. We got about 5 1/2 inches of snow. Below is a picture of my feet outside our doorstep at home! All I can say is "Mother Nature, ENOUGH SNOW!"

The Day before Valentine's Day I got an urge to bake--weird, I know! I've never made sugar cookies from scratch before--so I got out my great-grandma's recipe & made some cookies for people to enjoy for heart day. I had a blast using my 101 cookie cutters that I got from Michael's like a year ago & have never used!

I went out to dinner on Saturday night--had a good time, minus the getting sick part---but we'll see what the next week brings. I am quite excited because my Aunt Colleen & Uncle Jim will be coming home for a week on Tuesday to visit us--they've been wintering in Texas--so that is a huge happy boost for me. It'll be great to see them a bit. Besides that, should be a normal week! No tests until next week---but I guess I better study, huh?!?!?! Sunday, some of my Cousins & I are going to a Toby Keith concert--I think we are all pretty darn excited for that. Hope everyone is doing well! Happy Love Day!!!!

A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my cousin Kevan who turned 8 today! I am so glad he was born--he brings so much JOY to my life & is a constant reminder of so many things. He is honestly one of the sweetest & kindest people I know!! Happy Birthday, Kevvy! I love you!
